1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Menu247 ("the Service"), operated by Menu247 ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
Menu247 provides a platform that allows restaurants and food service businesses to create, manage, and publish digital menus accessible via QR codes. The Service includes:
- A web-based menu builder for creating and editing digital menus
- QR code generation and management tools
- Multi-language menu display for end guests
- Analytics and reporting features (on eligible plans)
- Table-side ordering integration (on eligible plans)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu items, photos, descriptions, and pricing ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to use all content you upload
- Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your Content is accurate and does not mislead guests
- Food descriptions and allergen information are correct and up to date
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring allergen and dietary information is accurate. Menu247 accepts no liability for incorrect allergen labelling.
5. Payment & Plans
Menu247 offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Free plan: Available indefinitely with limited features as described on the pricing page
- Paid plans: Billed in advance for each billing period. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods
- Upgrades/downgrades: Take effect immediately; credits or charges are prorated
- Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price change
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent menu information
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the Service without our written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Menu247 and its licensors. Our trademarks, trade names, and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of Your Content within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we may delete Your Content from our servers.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menu247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
